FUNORSA has two induction furnaces with a capacity for production of parts up to 1200 kg.
Our moulding system is pep set, semi-automatic, for moulds up to 1200 mm x 1500 mm. In manual moulding, maximal mould dimensions are 2500 mm x 2500 mm. FUNORSA dispose of modern equipment that assures the quality of the moulds: two automatic mixers, one core shooting machine and a thermal sand reclamation plant.
Our Quality Department is equipped to control both our production process and the final characteristics of the steel casts according to the requisites of the customer:
